You can rent the property as long as you want providing you do not breach the terms of the tenancy agreement.
You are not required to purchase your home on the fifth year and can continue renting if you wish to do so.
At least one tenant needs to be employed and you need to be able to provide proof of employment at the time of signing your tenancy.
Under the m!ne eligibility criteria you must not have any outstanding credit issues and must be able to pass a credit check.

m!ne homes are under development at a number of different sites and completion dates will depend on the plot chosen and what stage in the build programme it’s at. Once you have reserved a plot and all checks have been verified we will keep you updated on progress with your plot and work with you to agree a moving in date.
Once you have made a reservation we will run all necessary checks behind the scenes. This normally takes up to two weeks. We will then confirm that your tenancy has been approved.
Our homes are currently under development in some areas and while there isn’t a show home right now, we will soon have virtual tours for you to take a look at.
You can’t operate any business or trade from your property without first getting our written permission, but some of the operations we definitely won’t allow include:
