how do we process your information?
On some parts of our website we will automatically capture:

- Vendor ID

how do we share your information?
m!ne shares personal information with Urban Base who provide property marketing for us. We have a data processing agreement with Urban Base and in this agreement, they confirm compliance with data protection legislation.
Other than this we will not disclose any other personal information to third parties except where we are required to do so by law, to exercise of defend our legal rights or where we have obtained explicit consent.
what are the legalities?
Article 6 of GDPR gives us a legal basis for processing your personal data.
We will use your personal information to determine eligibility, allocate, provide. manage and develop social and affordable housing including the provision of rent to buy.
how and why would we retain your data?
We will retain personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary and in line with our policies. In general, however, if you apply for a m!ne home and are successful, then your data will be kept for a minimum of 6 years.
If you withdraw your application and do not proceed your personal data will be kept for 2 years.
how do we protect your data?
We are fully committed to ensuring personal data is secure. We have put in place the appropriate technical, physical and organisational procedures in order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of your personal information. These include:
- access to systems on a need to know basis and individual passwords allocated
- CCTV and fire detection systems
- robust backup systems.
