Eligibility
Eligibility criteria
To reserve a m!ne home you must:
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of signing your tenancy agreement
- Be a first-time buyer or returning to the market after a relationship breakdown
- Not currently own another residential property
- Be able to evidence you are working at the time of the initial letting
- Have insufficient funds/deposit to purchase a property on the open market
- Have the ‘Right to Rent’ in the UK (as defined by government guidelines)
- Not be in receipt of Housing Benefit or Universal Credit (housing element) payments at the point of signing your tenancy agreement
- Not have any outstanding credit issues and be able to pass a m!ne credit check
The local area
Within Wingate itself there are a range of independent shops and restaurants including butchers, florists, pizzerias, pharmacies and even a vinyl record store.
